What a listing credit is
One credit is one property listing. You spend it when you create the listing, and everything you do inside that listing is included:
- Look up the property and pull its details
- Generate and regenerate the written copy as many times as you like
- Enhance, declutter or stage up to 15 images
- Generate up to 4 videos
- Get price guidance
- Export the finished package
Regenerating something does not cost another credit. If you rewrite the copy five times or re-enhance the same photo, you still spend one credit for that listing.
The credit is spent when the listing is created, not when it is finished. If you abandon a listing halfway, the credit is not returned.
Top-up credits
If you need more listings in a month than your plan includes, you can buy credits from your dashboard.

Top-up credits are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and are used only after your monthly plan credits are exhausted, so they last as long as possible. An active subscription is required to buy them.
If you need extra credits every month rather than occasionally, the next plan up is better value. Plus gives you six listings a month for the price of a five credit pack bought once.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can manage everything yourself from your account:
- Upgrading takes effect straight away. You are charged the difference for the rest of your current billing period at the time you upgrade.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then, and your listing allowance follows the new plan from the next cycle.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
- You can update your payment method and view your invoice history at any time.
Subscription fees are generally not refundable, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Unused plan credits do not carry over. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
